I was recommended this boutique agent to source two investment properties in Birmingham. I was amazed at how quickly they came up with the goods! We completed last week. A big shout out to Bobby and Taj who work incredibly well as a duo. What I was most impressed was their there no nonsense, transparent and assisted guide on where we were at any moment in the transaction . They didn't hesitate to go back to the seller when they were being unreasonable or where it was merited .
They are very professional and really understand the seller as well as the buyer

Iit felt like we had a concierge service from the agents which is almost unheard of !
A Professional , discrete and polite service with the buyer and seller at the heart of the transaction .
A true boutique agency experience.
Thank you

Have worked with Carrington Thorn for helping to secure properties on behalf of my clients and the service was second to none. They were extremely professional and helpful throughout the entirety of the process and my clients were more than happy once picked up the keys.

These Gents have found me multiple tenants for almost 4 years now. From tenant find, to viewings, to inventory reports, property condition checks - they do it all in a professional and timely manner always. Highly recommend

I had the pleasure of working with Bobby during my recent move, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Bobby was patient, attentive, and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, never rushing me into a decision.

Beyond just finding a place, he also went the extra mile to make sure my move-in process was smooth, helping coordinate with the landlord, addressing any concerns I had, and ensuring everything was in order before I settled in.

I heartily recommend Bobby's services for any would-be renters

Excellent service, quick response time, reasonable prices and very dedicated firm led by young professionals. Compared to high street and known estate agencies, I found Carrington Thorn much more efficient and hardworking. Both Taj and Bobby were very dedicated, always working hard and they always respond back within 24 hours. Highly recommended.

Chandan Sanger was great help while I was moving and looking for a place to live. He is kind and extremely helpful. I would have found the process very very hard had he not helped me. Everything went so smoothly and I managed to secure a place that I love. Thank you so so much Chandan, without you it would have been a very long, hard and tiring process. He even helped me to the point of making it easy to set up with British Gas. Once again, an amazing agent!!!
